We teachers love to talk about the benefits of new pedagogical approaches, even contemplate how we will achieve them, but they do not always come to fruition. The potential successes and benefits to our students are outweighed by the challenges and uncertainty those changes will bring. Our guide acknowledges some of the challenges faced by teachers in association with inquiry learning, and we hope that in identifying them, you can begin to work on defeating them.
